DSN 2 CSV lets you access, via DSN, the data in any ODBC database and export its content to CSV format (Comma Separated Values). This way, you can have all the data in a database in CSV, so you can export it to other formats. It also hardly consumes system resources and is very small (just 44KB).
DSN 2 CSV runs from the Windows command line (or the MSDOS setting), and is totally free.
